Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship replacement parts and upgrade kits to most countries except the United States due to tariffs. Complete ergometers will only be shipped within Canada.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Most orders will ship from our Ontario, Canada warehouse. Some orders from Asia, Australia, or New Zealand will be shipped from the Shanghai, China warehouse.

Q: Which carriers do you use?

A: We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Choice of carrier is based on the destination as well as the size and weight of the package.

Q: Are your replacement parts and upgrade kits compatible with KayakPro ergometers?

A: Most of our products will be compatible with KayakPro ergometers. Please reach out to support@ergsupplies.com if you have any compatibility questions!

Q: Where do you source your products?

A: We get our products directly from the exact same supplier that produced the original KayakPro machines (except the Xeon series) and their components. Quality and compatibility are guarenteed!

Q: Do your shipping fees include duty or taxes?

A: Sales taxes will be included for all Canadian orders. Taxes and duties will not be included for international orders unless stated otherwise. We have tried in the past to include those charges for our customers but our system has been wildly inaccurate in estimating these costs.
